Service Terms
1. Quotation
1.1 Above prices are charged service from iMile warehouse to door；
1.2 Above prices do not include ICMS/ISS.
2. Ad-Valorem
2.1 Ad-Valorem: 2%（Minimum Consumption R$ 2,00） - Value referring to the cost of the cargo insurance policy, to be applied to the value of the invoice transported.
3. Size limitation
3.1 Length of either side not exceeding 100cm.
4. Weight Limitation
4.1 The weight of an oredr does not exceed 30KG;
4.2 Volume weight and actual weight whoever greater will be considered as chargeable weight, Volume weight(kg)=Volume(cm³)/6000.
5. Returns Fee
5.1 100% of freight.
6. Compensation terms
6.1 Deadline for acceptance of compensation: applications will be made within 30 days after iMile receives the goods, and will not be accepted beyond 30 days;
6.2 iMile require that the invoice amount for a single parcel should not exceed 1,000 BRL. For parcel damaged or lost due to iMile, will be compensated for the invoice amount of the lost or damaged portion of the parcel subject to Ad-Valorem, in the absence of Ad-Valorem, shipping charge will be waived but no compensation will be paid for loss of parcels;
6.3 Fragile Products and Packaging: In order for us to be able to accept responsibility as described, the packaging of the goods must be compatible with the handling of the goods in multiple modes of transport. iMile cannot be held responsible for broken goods where the outer packaging is not damaged to indicate that the goods are substandard.
7. Product Accepted Limitation
7.1 Dangerous goods, powders, etc. are not accepted, please refer to the "Prohibited List" for details.
