CSP joining principle
Channel Service Partner (CSP: Channel Service Partner): refers to enterprises/individuals with legal business qualification who meet iMile's joining conditions and sign the Express Business Co-operation Agreement/Contract with iMile Mexico. Have staff, vehicles (feeder vehicles, delivery vehicles) and operation sites that match the volume of shipments, make inbound and outbound shipment handovers with designated transfer centres/collection points, and be responsible for the collection and delivery of all shipments in the designated area in accordance with iMile's day-to-day management/operational standards/quality assessment. Comply with laws and regulations, be self-sustainable and independently bear all business risks and legal responsibilities.

The iMile CSP Program offers the opportunity for individuals to start their own business within our network, supported by our advanced technology and productivity. To qualify for this program, applicants should meet the following criteria:
Express Industry Experience: Ideally, applicants should have prior experience in the express delivery industry and possess knowledge of the local market.
CSP Leadership
The person in charge of the CSP must demonstrate strong English communication skills, the ability to take on civil liability independently, proficiency in team management, operational capabilities, and asset guarantees. They should also exhibit honesty, integrity, risk awareness, and a collaborative spirit.
Understanding of iMile
Applicants should have a clear understanding of iMile's brand development concept, future prospects, and maintain a high level of recognition for our organization.
Operational Knowledge
Familiarity with iMile's operational and management methods, as well as the standardization requirements for brand development, is crucial.
Business Qualifications
Applicants must possess the necessary self-employment qualifications, sufficient venture capital, and working capital to ensure the smooth operation of their express delivery business.
Licenses and Qualifications
CSPs must hold the appropriate licenses and qualifications to operate an express delivery business. They should have the necessary resources, such as funds, venues, personnel, equipment, and vehicles, to support business development.
Contractual Commitment
Successful applicants must strictly adhere to the requirements outlined in the contract, demonstrating the courage and confidence to undertake their responsibilities.

Submitting the Application
Any courier company or investor that meets the CSP conditions, possesses capital investment, and holds the necessary qualifications for a courier business can submit an online application for the iMile CSP Program.

Review and Assessment
Upon receiving the application, the National Network Management Department will conduct a thorough review of the applicant's qualifications and conditions in their respective business area. If the requirements are met, within one week, a supervisor or specialist from the management area will review the business plan's detailed rules and delivery area. Upon reaching a consensus, the application will be forwarded to the National Network Management Department for approval.

Contract Signing
Franchisee signs the ‘iMile Franchise Network Express Business Co-operation Agreement/Contract’ and its supplemental terms and conditions, which will come into effect after stamping the iMile contract special seal, and the franchisee will become a member of the iMile network, be bound by the ‘iMile Network Franchise Franchise Contract’ and its supplemental terms and conditions, and unify the express delivery business in accordance with the requirements of iMile.

Network construction fee (joining fee)
Franchise outlets authorised to operate by the iMile headquarters, expanding business development areas when signing the franchise cooperation agreement, must be agreed in writing by the headquarters, and performance deposits, network construction costs, etc..
