Here's what you need to know about our app:

Pick-Up and Delivery: We are currently operational in all 7 emirates of Dubai. Our drivers are available to complete pick-up of your package on the same day if you place an order between 12:00 am and 4:00 pm. For orders placed between 4:01 pm and 11:59 pm, the driver will pick up the order on the next working day.

Delivery Fee and Payment: We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. You can choose to have either the sender or receiver pay for the delivery fee. Our app provides a seamless and hassle-free payment experience.

Cargo Type: To ensure the safety of our customers and in compliance with international and local shipping regulations, we prohibit certain items from being shipped. Prohibited items include cash and bearer bonds, gold and other precious metals, liquids, drugs and narcotics, chemicals, weapons and firearms, explosive materials, perishables (food, fresh fruits, and veggies), plants and flowers, live animals, counterfeit and illegal goods, and human remains.

Modify Your Order: You can easily modify your order before it's picked up. If you wish to modify the order once it's picked up, you can contact our customer service team.

Channels: You can access our app from the App Store, Play Store, and AppGallery. Additionally, you can also use the web version of the app by visiting www.imile.com.

Registration and Order Booking: To start using our app, simply download the app or log on to www.imile.com, register with your telephone number and upload the requested documents for authorization. For individual users, please upload the first page of your passport or your Emirates ID (Front and Back). For businesses, kindly upload your valid Trade License or Commercial Registration along with the VAT certification document. Our team will authorize the documents submitted.
