Chargeable weight
1.International dropship: Round up by every 0.5 kg. Light bulky cargo is charged by volume weight, volume weight (kg) = volume (cm³)/6000
2.Domestic dropship: Fixed price charges within 5 kg, round up by every 1 kg. Light bulky cargo is charged by volume weight, volume weight (kg) = volume(cm³)/5000
Cargo properties
1.International dropship
- Accepted General cargo (products with a built-in or removable battery whose power does not exceed 100W, cosmetics, liquid capacity does not exceed 1000 ml, lipstick within 100 g), Special cargo (perfume, nail polish, high power battery)
- Prohibited items: Powder, adult products, religious beliefs, privacy products, drones, etc. Unconfirmed products need checking before shipping
2.Domestic dropship: Oversize, overweight, dangerous shipments and food products need checking before shipping
Declare value
1.The name and value of the product must correspond to the actual. Only detailed declared names are accepted.
2.Only customs declared values within 1000 AED are accepted. Overvalued shipments need checking before shipping.
Delivery time
1.CHN-UAE-General cargo: 4-6 working days
2.CHN-UAE-Special cargo: 10-18 working days
3.Domestic Dropship (UAE): 1-3 working days
Compensation
1.Claim for the lost shipment should be raised within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
2.For lost shipment, iMile compensates the declared value of the shipment, which is up to 100 USD/order for international orders, and 25 USD/order for domestic orders. The freight fee will not be returned.
